If you cast Water Prison and Brothers' Chain Wrap on the same enemy with the Prison coming first in the skill queue - Chain Wrap won't affect the target, but its self-buff effect will work with all connected bonuses, like invul for ranged skills. Moreover it'll become permanent :huh

Also it works with Shika's (S) LR Bind and Ino's Change of Heart. Here are some screenshots:

Hope it'll be fixed soon.

I had when i did a attack with Deidara it didnt hit at all.. :huh

Water Prison Technique:
Using a bubble of water, Kisame stuns one enemy for 1 turn*. During this time the enemy takes 10 affliction damage and becomes invulnerable to friendly and enemy skills *, and Kisame gains 15 points of damage reduction. During Explosive Water Shock Wave this skill costs 1 random chakra.
